Condominiums & High-rise Buildings

A Reference Plan encompassing the entire site is often needed early-on in the project in support of clients’ applications for absolute title under The Land Titles Act. Additional Reference Plans may be needed for proposed access and servicing easements within the project. Detailed construction layout services are provided for the accurate positioning of shoring piles, caissons and structural walls and columns. A Draft Condominium Plan is prepared for submission for planning approval to the municipality. Once approval has been obtained, the final Standard Condominium Plan is prepared and registered on title which describes the location, boundaries & exclusive-use areas of each Unit within the building. Some clients include: Cadillac Fairview Corp., Lamb Development Corp., Sorbara Group, Harhay Construction Management Inc., We Care Community Living, and Urbacon Ltd.
