Following the initial Topographic survey, a Reference Plan is prepared for the freehold parcels and for the servicing easements and right-of-ways that may be required within the development. As well as providing construction layout services to clients, the preparation of a Common Elements Condominium Plan is often required when there are shared roadways and amenity areas within a development.
