Land Survey Group was established in January 2010 by combining the experienced, professional staff and successful practices of Rabideau & Czerwinski, owned and operated by Tom Czerwinski, B.Sc., O.L.S. OLIP, since 1983 and C.E Dotterill Limited, established in 1972 and owned and operated by Brad Warren, B.Sc., O.L.S., OLIP, since 2000.

Land Survey Group and its subsidiary companies also own the survey plans and field notes of numerous well-established Ontario Land Surveyors and former survey firms dating back to the early 1900's.
